Lieutenant boxed lunch from Firehouse Subs includes a medium sub loaded with sauteed green bell peppers, sauteed onions, and provolone, cheddar and Monterey jack cheese. All topped with lettuce, mayo, tomatoes, and onions. Included in the box: chips, cookie, deli mustard, italian dressing and kosher dill pickle.
